 Andrea Marini is a Full Professor of Cognitive Psychology at the University of Udine (Italy), where he leads the Language Lab, part of the Cognitive Neuroscience Lab, and teaches courses in Psychology of Language, Neurolinguistics, and Cognitive and Social Neuroscience. Prof. Marini is one of the founders of the Degree in Speech Therapy programs at the Universities of Udine and Trieste and a member of the PhD School in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Trieste. He has been a Visiting Professor at East Carolina University (USA) and served as the Italian representative for the EU COST Action (Horizon 2020 Programme: IS1406, Enhancing Children’s Oral Language Skills Across Europe and Beyond). Prof. Marini has been the Principal Investigator or Research Unit Coordinator for several research projects funded by the Italian National Health System. He has been an invited speaker at over 300 domestic and international conferences. Prof. Marini has authored more than 150 publications, including books, diagnostic tools, book chapters, and scientific articles in peer-reviewed international journals.
